Do I get a price before you start?

Yes, always. We look at the problem, tell you what it needs and what it costs, and nothing happens until you say go.

My pump is loud or will not prime. What is wrong?

A loud pump is often a bearing or air getting in on the suction side. A pump that will not prime usually has a leak, a clogged basket or a lid o-ring that is not sealing. We look at it and tell you which one you have.

The heater will not fire. Can you fix it?

Often, yes. Low flow from a dirty filter, a bad sensor or an ignition issue are the usual causes. We look at the heater and the flow it is getting and tell you what it needs.

How much do repairs cost?

It depends entirely on what is wrong and what parts are involved, so we price each repair after looking at it, and you get the price before any work starts.
