Canyon Gate is the guard-gated country club community at Sahara and Durango, built around its own course in the late 1980s and 90s. The homes sit on the fairways under trees that have had thirty years to grow, and nearly all of them have a pool, most with a spa alongside. These are established pools in an established neighborhood.
We run weekly routes through the community. Every visit we skim the surface, brush the walls and steps, vacuum the floor, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, test the water and balance it.
