Spanish Trail was built in the 1980s and 90s around a 27-hole golf course, and the custom homes behind its guard gates off Tropicana and Rainbow have had decades for the landscaping to grow in. Olives, pines, palms and citrus shade the backyards, which is wonderful in July and a steady job for the skimmer the rest of the year.
That is why our visits here are weekly. We skim the surface, brush the walls and steps, vacuum the floor, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, vacuum what the trees dropped, test the water and balance it. The chemicals are included. When we are done, a text with photos of your pool and what we did lands on your phone.
Local Factors
Why Spanish Trail pools need weekly care
Trees are the first thing. Leaves, seeds, pollen and flower litter come down all year in Spanish Trail, and once they sink they break down in the water and feed algae. A weekly skim, vacuum and basket cleaning keeps the debris moving out before it has a chance to turn a clear pool cloudy.
Age is the second. Many Spanish Trail pools have been resurfaced once or twice and have equipment from more than one era. Older plaster holds scale more readily, and Las Vegas water is hard enough to leave it on everything. Balanced water every week slows the scale down, and we check the pump, filter and heater every visit and tell you what we see.
Heat is the third. Even shaded pools lose water to evaporation in summer, and what is left gets more concentrated. The weekly test catches the drift early, before the chlorine stops keeping up and the water turns.

Spanish Trail is guard-gated. We set up access with you once through the guardhouse or the HOA, and the weekly route runs without a call to the house.
What We See
Common pool issues in Spanish Trail
Mature trees
Leaves and seeds are the number one reason a Spanish Trail pool clouds up. We skim, vacuum and empty the baskets every visit so the debris never sits long enough to feed algae.
Older plaster and tile
Aged surfaces hold scale. Balanced water every week keeps the hard-water crust from building on the tile line and the steps, and we tell you when a surface needs more than a brush.
Mixed-era equipment
Spanish Trail pools run everything from original pumps to new variable-speed setups. We look at the equipment every visit and explain anything that needs attention before work starts.
