Peccole Ranch grew up around Sahara, Fort Apache and Hualapai in the 1990s, and it shows in the best way: tall trees, full hedges, established yards. Most of the homes were built with a pool, and most of those pools have been swimming for twenty-five years or more. They are good pools, and they need a little more attention than a pool in a bare new yard.
Our weekly visit is built for exactly that. We skim the surface, brush the walls and steps, vacuum the floor, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, test the water and balance it. The chemicals are included in the price. When we are done, a text with photos of your pool and what we did lands on your phone.
Local Factors
Why Peccole Ranch pools need weekly care
Leaves are the first thing. Mature trees drop into the pool year round, and when they sit on the floor they stain the plaster and feed algae. The baskets fill up fast here, and a full skimmer basket means the pump is working harder and filtering less. A weekly skim, brush and basket check keeps the pool ahead of the trees.
Older pools have older equipment, and older plaster. A pump or a heater from the 2000s still runs fine with attention, and a plaster surface that has seen two decades of hard Las Vegas water shows scale and stains more readily than a new finish. Testing and balancing the water every week is what slows that down. When something at the equipment pad needs work, we tell you first.
The heat does what it does everywhere in the valley. Summer evaporation concentrates the minerals and shifts the chemistry within days. The weekly test catches it before the water clouds.

What We See
Common pool issues in Peccole Ranch
Tree debris
Leaves and seed pods fill the baskets and stain the floor if they sit. We skim, brush, vacuum and empty the baskets every visit so the pool stays ahead of the trees.
Established equipment
Many Peccole Ranch pools run their original pump, filter and heater. We check the pad every visit and text you before anything needs work.
Older plaster
A surface that has seen two decades of hard water shows scale and stains faster. Balanced water every week is what keeps it from getting worse.
